stinky black bin - nappy problem.

Our black bin reeks. Plus we have a fly problem.

Ds has bowel problems and is in nappies. I flush what I can down the toilet, but it is impossible on the whole. I triple bag them and put those inside a bin bag. It still smells awful. I have asked the council for more frequent collections they just gave us a bigger bin!

I wash the bin every time it is emptied - using boiling water and Jeyes fluid (have also used bleach, zodlora, special bin disinfectants).....it still reeks. We still have flies.

Please, any help?

How often do they empty the bin, l wonder if it would be better if you can get weekly collection from the incontinence waste. The health visitor arranged this for us. I really think you are doing all you can regarding cleaning the bin.

Is it possible to put a good sturdy bag in the bin as well?
