I've just moved into a house that has a belfast sink with a separate ceramic sink drainer. The worktop that the drainer is on is granite. It looks great but it turns out that the water when it drains off manages to get underneath the drainer. It leaves a horrible smelly slime between the drainer and the worktop. Any ideas how to stop this?
