Laundry nightmare

I live in a first floor flat in a beautiful old house - no access to garden though, drying clothes is not so bad in this weather but how does anyone else get their washing dry when it's colder?

We bought one of these for those days when it will never stop raining to put the clothes on the line

We ended up buying a tumble dryer a year or so ago as it rained non stop for 3 weeks and nothing dried indoors!

We use a lakeland heater airer and a dehumidifier. The combination seems to work quite well.

We had a zanussi washer dryer when we owned a flat, DH is a tradesman so gets through a lot of clothing and we couldn't keep up.

It did the job, not a patch on having a washer dryer but I could wash a load to hang around the flat and dry and then do another load to dry in the washer dryer.

My heated airer is my favourite thing. Love it.
