how do i get orange paint out of DDs white Clarks' Cica trainers?

I have got the pain of the leather by wiping it down but there is a material bit by the ankle that has absorbed the paint.

They are the trainers that have flashing lights so not sure a journey in the washing machine would be the best thing for them

Glassslipper I always put my son's trainers into the washing machine. The flashing lights have always worked afterwards and the trainers look brand new again. I have never used a wash higher than 40 - and it does make a real racket but the results are worth it.
