Emop

Has anyone got any experience of an Emop? We've had new floor fitted in the kitchen and I want a water free mop to save space. Our flooring is Kardean wood effect so can't use a steam mop due the Adhesive. I'd buy lots of the cloths to go on the Emop as would use it in downstairs loo and bathroom too, the floors in which are tiles.

Never heard of it but following, I've ditched my steam mop and gone back to a bucket of flash and a squeegee sponge mop!

Found it on Amazon, it's about £18. You can use it dry and it gathers up dust etc or you can damp the removable cloth and use it wet, though it claims it cleans sufficient without being wet! The Amazon reviews are quite good, I just can't decide!

It is the same thing as the ecloth mop? I've got one and I like it. I think Lakeland and Waitrose sell them too. You need your rubber gloves so you squeeze it out if using wet, but it does pick up really well and leave floors almost dry. It has quite a big cleaning head so it's quite quick to use. I sometimes stick disinfectant in the hot water.

Wowfudge yeah that's the one. I've just been looking at the Lakeland one and it's a bit cheaper than Amazon so I think I'm going to get that one.

I'm excited to get it and mop my heart out!!

I use one for our wooden floors, I just wring it out and use a tiny spit of Zoflora or method floor cleaner and off I go

Dame, I love a good Zoflora! I cleaned the whole kitchen, outside and inside cupboards with the Lavender today!

I absolutely love my ecloth mop (bought in John Lewis and spare cloth from Waitrose). It is the quickest, easiest, most effective mop I have ever used ( and I am in my mid fifties ) Takes up very little space in your cupboard and you don't need a bucket. I just dampen the cloth head and squirt a little kitchen cleaner or Zoflora on the floor if it is especially grubby. Takes a couple of minutes to clean a fairly large tiled, kitchen floor.
