I brought a Delonghi kettle from Asda a couple of months ago. Today it's just stopped working....
If I return it to Asda what will/should they do?
I need my tea!

If you have your receipt and it's faulty they will offer a replacement

If you don't have a receipt but paid by card they can find your receipt in the system.

They should, but we had a deloghi that did the same, got a free replacement 4 mths or so later that broke and they refused to give me a replacement for the replacement, even though it was under 6mths from the original purchase!
So if they offer to replace with something else or refund i would do that!

Thank you all, going to try for a refund. Had a delonghi a few years ago and remember that also breaking!
