How to ensure there are no moth egged on my cashmere?

It was a lovely warm day yesterday so I washed my woolies ( including a cashmere cardigan I need for an occasion next week) and put them out side to dry. Then forgot them - leaving them out all night- next to the out door lighting. So moths could have thought them yummy and laid eggs. Is it safe to put dry woolies in the freezer - or microwave to kill off any possible cashmere guzzling moth eggs?

Freezer is safe

Shake it out and leave it hanging in sunlight in a window, or freeze for 2-3 weeks. Not sure all types of moth caterpillars eat cashmere though?

Thanks John and Wee- I'll try the freezer.
