Hi I have an iPhone 6 with a very cracked screen.
If I claim on my insurance, will I have to send off the phone before they'll give me a refurb one? Or do they just send a refurb with enough evidence?
The phone worked for months, but the front camera no longer works and I get glass splinters using it and occasionally the touch screen doesn't work 100%.
