Seriously I have no idea how my DS managed this but he has managed to chip an big chunk out of the corner of my kitchen work surface. Has anyone used a kit to fix this before (and does it work) or should I just suck it up and get an expert in? It's all sharp and most displeasing to me!

I've just had a new kitchen fitted. The granite man who did the work surfaces warned me to be VERY careful taking pans out of the dishwasher as many, many people catch the edge of the work surface as they do so. He was on his way to fix one straight after leaving my place. I'd get a professional in.

My younger sister did this to the edge of my parents granite with a frying pan. They had it professionally fixed and you can't see where it was.
I'd also get a professional in if possible
