I've got a new Candy tumble dryer since our old hotpoint one caught fire! I was quite pleased with it initially but it seems to run too hot- things are getting shrunken and if I stop the cycle to check if things are done I can almost burn my hand! It's also melted a corner of a duvet!
Do you think if I complain they will fob me off and say I'm not using the instructions correctly?
