Steam cleaner not steaming

My steam cleaner is just out of its 1 year warranty and doesn't steam much anymore. A little trickle comes through but that's about it. It seems like it's clogged.

Is it worth just replacing it? I think I will end up going for the same make as I recently bought new replacement pads for it and some are brand new.

It's a PITA as it's now doubled in price since I bought it.

I'm wondering, as I leave water in it until the next use if it's caused it to pack up?

I had this, tried filling the reservoir with neat vinegar and leaving it for a while with the valve open. It worked fine again afterwards.

Thanks. I've put some in and going to hope for the best.

The only vinegar I have is malt vinegar I'm hoping my house won't smell like a chip shop now tho Grin

The water container part of mine sometimes needs taking out and putting back in with a bit of a push down to start the steam coming out properly.
