Cleaner prices in the West Midlands???

Hi

Am considering having a once a week clean and wanted to ask if anyone else in the West Midlands has one and if so, how long the clean takes and most importantly what does it cost?

I've got a 2.5 storey mid terrace. It's 3 bedroomed but I wouldn't want the two kids bedrooms doing - they can do them themselves. So it would be to clean hallway, small kitchen, downstairs cloakroom, first floor family bathroom (all hard floors); two lots of stairs, landing, main bedroom and en suite (all carpeted).

If anyone could give me any ideas on costs this is likely to be, that would be really really kind.

Hi, I'm in Worcestershire. When I've enquired with local independent people I've been quoted between £10 and £12 per hour.
If you're on Facebook, go onto your local recommendations page and ask for cleaners to comment with their hourly rate and availability.
