Stinky fridge

I found the source of the terrible smell in my fridge (very liquid cavolo Nero). I've cleared it our, washed it down and it still smells like something cheesy has does in there.

Any ideas on how to get rid this smell? I've tried lemons.

Do you have any leftover barbecue charcoal? A couple of bits in the fridge gets rid of smells. If not, wash it with bicarbonate of soda.

It just takes a while to go because obviously you can't leave it open to air out! Bicarb a good idea and leave it as empty as you can for a few days.

Everything smells like really bad cheese. Yuk!
