Beautiful bed linen

beanbag19 · 14/04/2017 11:01

I'm getting a new bed next week and would like some lovely new bed linen to go with it.

Does anyone have any recommendations for where to buy from?

I'm prepared to spend some decent money as I want good quality.

Also after new duvet and pillows if anyone has any recommendations?

Thanks

Weirdly Ikeas linen is gorgeous imo

chocolatespiders · 14/04/2017 11:02

John lewis and tkmax always do it for me!

SaltySeaBird · 14/04/2017 11:10

White Company for me

beanbag19 · 14/04/2017 11:16

I always look at the white company stuff but wasn't sure if the price was justified.

White company or Zara home? X

BillywigSting · 14/04/2017 19:25

Next home have some nice stuff, ditto john Lewis. I got some of their brushed cotton flannel sheets for winter and they are so lovely and soft and warm >helpful in spring

Soak and Sleep. Washes beautifully and irons easily, lasts a long long time (and I have a 25% off code over Easter weekend id be happy to share!).

Laquila · 14/04/2017 19:33

La Redoute have some lovely washed linen bedlinen.

Nan0second · 14/04/2017 19:37

Soak and sleep stuff (white Egyptian cotton) is lovely

Another vote for Soak & Sleep here. Got nice bedding when we got a new bed and I love, love, love it!

Hoviscats · 14/04/2017 19:44

Definitely soak and sleep. I bought new duvets, pillows and bed linen when we decorated our bedroom and I love it!

Ohyesiam · 14/04/2017 19:46

Habitat. Pricey but so woth it

ivykaty44 · 14/04/2017 19:53

I like house of Fraser as they do 500 thread count and have great sale prices, the linen is divine

Katietwinmum · 14/04/2017 19:54

Tk Maxx has excellent stuff . I love pure white bedding and got lovely set - brand was hotel21 or something similar. Looks like luxe hotel bedding on. And was a great price.

Wordsaremything · 14/04/2017 19:56

Bedeck online is your friend. Smile

Madbengalmum · 14/04/2017 19:56

The absolute best quality pillows and duvets are Brinkhaus, expensive but they will last you forever, an investment buy and awesome.

Bedding wise again top quality is yves delorme or frette, lasts years washes well. I would sooner pay for top quality than replace high st stuff regularly. My experience with white company et al has not been good.

NotJustAWife · 14/04/2017 19:58

The White Company for me. Definitely worth the money, wash really well. We have their bath towels too. You can usually get a discount code.

NoParticularPattern · 14/04/2017 19:58

Duvet wise I highly recomend a Baavet! We got given one for Christmas and it is heaven- not too heavy but not thin either, we don't seem to get too hot like we used to in our old hollowfibre either.

cazzyc · 15/04/2017 09:23

I have some from The White Company and from Dunelms and I think the latter is just as good - it's the hotel collection and was 400 tc. Duvet and pillows we bought from John Lewis. A duck and down feather combination of 9 and 4 tog - we use the 9 in winter and 4 in summer or you can put them together if you get really cold. We bought some clusterdown pillows on offer from John Lewis - we are happy with them so far, but are quite new so don't know how they will fare.

Jermajesty · 15/04/2017 09:27

Secret linen store - if you want plain white their 200 tc is fabulous quality plus I think they currently have a sale on.

Ollivander84 · 15/04/2017 09:42

I like TK Maxx for good stuff and Joules but depends on your taste Smile

ivykaty44 · 15/04/2017 14:10

Caz

I have some linen from Dunelm, it was more expensive than the linen i purchased from house of Fraser and really not as good - i was disappointed with the quality.

It has certainly put me of purchasing goods from Dunelm
