Does anyone have a waterfall tap?

And if so what's it like to use? Does it look clean after use or does it need constant wiping?

Looking to buy a glass basin and waterfall tap for downstairs loo, but need some more info.

Don't have either but have heard lots of poor reports of glass basins, the main thing being how hard they are to keep clean and looking good. They show water marks/limescale very easily. Dare I say it they are considered by some as a bit dated now that MFI etc sell them (don't mean to sound rude but you did ask)...
