We have just bought a new shower tray and enclosure and it never occurred to me that it might be so heavy. The woman who spoke to my dh about delivery said it's on a 400kg pallet! it's a merlyn quadrant thing. are there any problems with putting these things in an upstairs bathroom? it has a victorian cast iron bath at the moment (which is moving downstairs) so that must quite heavy, mustn't it? reassurance needed! can't get hold of the plumber ...
