Great mop, good on laminate floors as you can spin the excess water back into the bucket. Once I wash the detachable head in the machine, exactly as advised, I can't get it to re-engage and stay put. Anyone else had one? Did the same happen? Design fault? I've asked Leifheit customer service, but interested in your experiences, if any.
