Just been to SILs house and she had a really nice smelling diffuser, but it's Jo Malone and I've just googled and see that they cost £79!!!!!
I can't justify spending that so can anyone recommend any good ones that are cheaper?
The one she had smelled lovely and was lime, basil and something.

Mid price the white company Ines are good (about £35)
I also got a lovely one from Waitrose, their own brand for £11. It's in our bathroom which is quite small but you smell it every time you go in.

I love WAX Lyrical red cherries diffuser, it smells fantastic:-)

Molton Brown Black Peppercorn is lovely. About £39.

Second White Company. I also love Neom (not cheap at £38 but not Jo Malone prices!) - lovely, long lasting, uplifting scents.

Sparklingbrook · 18/03/2017 15:25

Here's the Molton Brown one.

Third White Company! Also love Zara candles and diffusers for good value and modern scents. Neom and True Grace are lovely but pricier.

Oh OP your SIL must have the lime, basil & mandarin one. It's one of the classic/favourite Jo Malone scents. I've got a white company Lime & Bay diffuser on the way and it's supposed to be quite similar to the Jo Malone one.

St Eval Candle company make a delicious Bay and Rosemary Oil that is about £14 a bottle and scents the room for ages (three months roughly). I am always giving my spare bottle away to friends who ask what it is. It's freshly fragrant rather than perfumed, but solid enough to mask bathroom smells too. Highly recommended by me.

Lots of nice mid price ones in John Lewis. Try M&S too?

Laura Ashley - £20 or so full price but I always get them when they have a 30% off thing going on.

They're the only ones I've found that last any length of time and actually smell of something (I'm sure the £79 ones do too but I'm not spending that!)

witwootoodleoo · 22/03/2017 21:09

Another vote for the White Company. The Wild Fig is really good as is the Verviene

Pixie2015 · 22/03/2017 21:12

White company fleurs always use a discount code seems to last longer than others I have tried

ShelaghTurner · 22/03/2017 21:14

M&S green fig. So lovely.

BagittoGo · 22/03/2017 21:25

Oliver bonas do ones for £20. I've had it since last October and it's still a third full and smells gorgeous.

MrsBosh · 22/03/2017 22:51

I have one from Sainsburys at the moment - orchid and coconut or something. Think was £8. Very pleasant fresh smell.
