tasimo cleaning?

Advice please.
The bottom cleaning light comes on all the time. I've used the cleaning pod supplied with the machine numerous times but the lights still on!?
Any advice please.....

No didn't know you had too.Assumed the cleaning pod did the trick.

Depending on the model you need to put the cleaning disk in and push and hold the button... you need a big jug as it empties the reservoir. If you're in a hard water area they also recommend you use descaling tablets
