AIBU to think 15% increase is too much??

Right, I live in Hertfordshire in a reasonable well off town. I have a cleaner that comes every week for a couple of hs, and a couple of weeks ago she told me prices will be going up from £13 per hour to £15.
This seems a bit of an steep increase to me. I provide all cleaning products. What do you pay? And where you live?

I live in the North West and pay £12/hour, they provide cleaning products and use their own vacuum.

£15 per hour North West, fully equipped cleaners.

£11ph fully insured, I provide all the cleaning materials. Were in Scotland.
