Recommendations for someone who will come and clean my skanky oven!

Please come someone recommend a cleaning company that will come and sort out my rather filthy oven. I would do it myself but I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant and although the cleaning bug has set in I am so huge I fear that once I get down I wont get up again!

is it really filthy?

cos although in principle i would like to get someone in - i would be too embarrased to pay someone and would have toclean it first - whichkinda defeats the object

Do what I did. Couldnt face the cleaning so bought a new one!! Rather expensive I'm afraid but very effective.

Whereabouts in the country are you?
I use a company based in Bethnal Green(I'm in Essex)who clean my oven every 6 months. They charge only £30 and £2 per rack and it comes up sparkling like new.
