PLEASE HELP drain outside is blocked

How do I fix this - there is no way we can afford an expert at the moment.

Its the small drain right outside the door and it is full of water and overflowing by about an inch

if you haven't got big rubber gloves, you can use a couple of old plastic carrier bags on each hand instead. It is arguably the WORST job in the house, but it has to be done.

have you or your neighbours got any rods? or you can make something out of a wire coat hanger to try and unblock it, easier that sticking your hand down there!

can try doing a plunger thing with a mop?
