Following someone's tip on here I poured cheap cola down the toilet and left it overnight in an attempt to shift stained limescale at the bottom. All it did was to stain every bit of limescale dark brown like those disclosing tablets that show how you're not brushing your teeth properly.
What doesn't work for you?

What do you do with the tablet on the door?
Hair remover down the plughole did nothing here

If you wet the tablet just a tiny tiny bit you can use it on baked on grease on the oven door by running over it. It works like a non scratch scourer and a grease dissolver all in one. Biological washing powder does a similar job.

That should say rubbing, not running!

shit I meant carbolic soap! I bet Catholic soap works too
