Help. Please.

A young relative assembled this mop in my elderly uncles home. He is gone home - 50 miles away.
I cannot open the clean water tank to put water in to use it for the first time.
Any ideas please.

Have you tried googling or your tube?

I ended up sending mine back as it was too heavy.

I sorted it but you are right it is very heavy compared with my Morphy Richards.
But it was a Lidl bargain from the central aisle of wonder.
