What's the least smelly toilet cleaner?

DH is newly on chemo and nauseous so needs to be effective but non stinky. Limescale control options would be nice - can be separate!

Currently considering Ecover as first try..

Take a look at Methods toilet cleaner Most of there cleaners are really subtle and not full of strong chemicals so i think that would be ideal for you.

I wonder would vinegar be a good option

I use vinegar cleaner.. it smells vinegary right after you use it but the smell disapoear's quickly and isn't an offensive smell like the chemical ones. In fact I use vinegar cleaner for everything. Can add a drop of washing up liquid in it to make it a bit soapy.
