What do you look for in a window cleaner?

Hi everyone I run a family run window cleaning business (don't worry not looking for any customers) and I was wondering what everyone thinks about there local window cleaner and what you look for when picking one, is it just about price or do you expect more. Just abit of market research to help improve our business :) many thanks in advance :)

As a window cleaner I struggle with the concept of turning up regular. I would work in any conditions but around 70% of my customers will complain if they feel the rain is to heavy and I have cleaned, or start cleaning there windows. I can often be around three days late on my four weekly work. I do however tell the customers it is four weekly weather permitting. Would you class this as being unreliable?
