How to get windows really clean?

We have enormous floor to ceiling glazed doors which are lovely but only when the glass is clean. My children seem to love breathing, fingering and snotting all over the glass. I prefer it when the sun doesn't shine as I can't see the children's handprints in the glass.

How to get really clean glass?

Microfibre cloths - one wet in hot water and well wrung out to clean. One dry to polish and leave streak free.

Hard graft but wash with hot water and drop of washing liquid first, rinse with hot water and clear industrial vinegar, then when virtually dry, scrub with scrunched up newspaper.

Invest in a Karcher! I doubt you would regret it with such a lot of glass to clean!!
