Where can I buy them from? They need to come in super king size and be 100% cotton. Thanks!

Bizarrely our best ones are the ikea ones

PenguinsandPebbles · 15/01/2017 23:08

I recently brought some from Sainsbury's, egyption cotton high thread count from their "Taste the difference" or whatever they call their household stuff.

I saw them in sale and was going to chop them up for a back of a quilt, but after washing the quality was great and noticed they were very deep so on the bed they went instead.

buckeejit · 15/01/2017 23:09

Soak and sleep are nice

Babyiwantabump · 15/01/2017 23:10

I have some Asda ones that have been good - only £11 too I think

lydiarose · 15/01/2017 23:10

TKMaxx - they're great for all bedding

NicknameUsed · 15/01/2017 23:10

I could do with some as well. I like to wash bedding at 60 degrees and have found that my superking sheets have shrunk slightly.

GF01 · 16/01/2017 13:47

Ikea sheets all come too baggy for the mattress. I assume you have to give them a hot wash first, they shrink, fit nicely, and don't shrink any further. I'd love confirmation from people who recommend them.

(I know Ikea offer some different sizes of sheets and mattresses, but we've bought sheets with the same measurements as the mattresses we have also bought from Ikea, and on a single bed, a double, and a king size, they've all been very loose and baggy.)

poisonedbypen · 16/01/2017 13:49

Costco ones are good and don't shrink. Not sure if they do super king, though.

anahata · 16/01/2017 14:39

Look online for a range called Julian Charles Pollycotton. I used to be a rep for them. Good thread count, deep fitted, no ironing needed, go up to a superking and a wide range of colours.

magicstar1 · 16/01/2017 14:44

I use the Ikea Dvala sheets and they fit very well on our deep mattress. No shrinking, and they come in Super King size.

GF01 · 16/01/2017 17:24

(I should have mentioned in my post a few posts above that the only sheets from Ikea that we have tried are Sömntuta, so it is possible it is only a problem with that range.)

hanban89 · 17/01/2017 15:24

I love my extra deep Christie ones. They are expensive but they haven't shrunk at all and they feel so nice to sleep on.

applesandpears33 · 18/01/2017 13:29

I'll second the Costco ones. They are brilliant.

Gabbyaug · 25/01/2017 15:04

Got mine from Dunelm & I'm really happy with them

AveEldon · 25/01/2017 15:06

M&S? All my John Lewis ones shrank

bouncydog · 27/01/2017 20:04

Sheridan or M&S are ok. I buy the Egyptian cotton high thread count and they are nice to sleep on. I only ever buy in sales though - I won't pay £115 for a bed sheet!

MiladyThesaurus · 27/01/2017 20:06

The M&S extra deep ones are really good. They don't shrink and they're the only sheets that I've managed to find that actually fit a bloody mattress.

frazzled3ds · 27/01/2017 20:17

I have some from next for a double bed - they've been going a good few years, washed and tumble dried regularly and still doing well.

chocdonutyy · 27/01/2017 20:20

Dunelm do a few sizes in sheets, the dorma range goes up to a 35cm depth mattress. Expensive but last ages.

MiladyThesaurus · 27/01/2017 20:27

I found that the Dunelm ones were total rubbish. Definitely not as deep as they claim and then they shrank.

Monkeybunkey · 30/01/2017 13:45

I got a couple from Debenhams last year in the sale. Washed (and tumble dried) weekly and they still fit perfectly.

Linen cupboard offer ultra deep at 46cm, only ones we found that are actually deep enough. They are great.

moonlight1705 · 16/05/2017 12:35

I would also recommend the Sainsbury ones, the sheet I got from Dunelm kept popping off the bed all the time.

SantasLittleMonkeyButler · 16/05/2017 12:39

The very best ones I have came from Lidl! I now wished I'd bought more while they had them in. I regularly have a look for them, but these particular ones haven't come back around yet!
