Cheap rice cooker

After eight years, the non-stick coating on the bowl for our rice cooker is flaking off. A new bowl is £19 but I can probably get a new rice cooker for that. My current one is a fancy one, so will a cheaper one be ok? I don't need any slow cooker or steamer functions as I have an Instant Pot. I know the Instant Pot has a rice function too but I'm often using them at the same time.

Are there any cheap rice cookers with delay timers? I often set it to be ready when we get back from swimming or football. Or could I use a plug in timer with a cheap one?

Or are microwave rice cookers any good?
