How do I clean the bath?

Please talk me through how I clean a bath. Obviously I can get it done but feel I'm not doing it in the right way / with the right products. I'd ask my mum but she died and I can't ask my mother in law!!

Ps. Hard water area if it makes a difference.

If very dirty or limescale I use Vyakal spray, leave for 5 mins then rinse off wiping as I go with a rough cloth. Final wipe over with damp microfiber cloth.
If not too bad, I use Method bathroom spray, same technique.

I'm a fan of old school scouring.

Vim on a plastic scourer gets rid of anything so less gunk for other gunk to hold on.

I don't like using bleach because it hides any bits you've missed.

I use cif cream cleaner and a rough sponge

I spray mine with a bathroom spray (can't remember the make) leave it for 10 minutes the come back scrub with a scourer sponge thing then rinse it down with the shower hose. Is this acceptable?
