Accident With DD's Lovlie

Hi,
Am Looking for some help with getting urine smells out of DD's most precious lovlie.
Unfortunately she was lying on her last night and had an accident and dear lovlie is somewhat stinky now.
Should I pop her through the machine on a gentle cycle or similar or is there some magic out there somewhere??

It kind of depends on what a lovely is...

My daughter's favourite bear gets put in the machine every few weeks as he gets a bit grim.

It's a kittie surprise. One of those Ines that have babies inside. Fortunately the electronic kitten was not inside at the time! In the machine she goes then!!
