Are those vacuum pack storage bags any good?

We bought some ages ago and they didn't last five minutes before splitting

Are they better quality now or are they still useless?

Can anyone recommend a brandv can anyone recommend a brand? Mainly for clothes and bedding

The b&q ones seem ok so far

Definitely no good if you've got cats.....
