Never thought this would be the question I need answering on new year's day, but...
My carpet is one year old. It is a 50/50 wool propylene blend ( I think). The high traffic bits have started to pill, like what happens to a wool jumper. Little balls if matted wool (or dirt??? It's possible) are stuck to the carpet and don't come up when vacuuming. Anyone know how to make it nice again? Will hiring a steam vac do it?
