Oven Cleaner Question

You know the cleaners where you put the oven racks in a bag with the liquid. Where do you pore your liquid after you had done? It says corrosive so just checking!

I just rinse off the shelves, reveal the bag and put it in the bin.

Reseal

I leave my racks outside overnight because you can't guarantee the seal will hold (don't want to risk knackering the kitchen floor if it leaks) and then I flush it down the outside drain with plenty of water.
