For some reason we've always had a small under-counter freezer, but with 3 kids and now a dog who I have to store raw meat for, I need a big one!
I'd like to keep quick and relatively healthy meals as a standby for when we run out of fresh stuff. Basically I want to become more organised on the catering front but I can't do it without more freezer storage!!
So my questions are:
- Should I get a chest or upright freezer?
- What standby meals do you usually keep in there? I am planning to batch cook, but I am after some 'ready made' ideas as well that aren't too unhealthy.
