Gosh - good on you for tackling mopping. Mine needs doing but I sufficed with a 'surface tidy'.

Aloveheart · 19/02/2007 20:48

found this book today it's brilliant. It's called 'Cut the Clutter' by Cynthia townley Ewer. I've read it all in about 3 hours. My house is so small i really needed it. How did all you go??

Ulysees · 19/02/2007 20:49

But that'd mean coming off t'internet and putting down my garlic bread??

Cloudhopper · 19/02/2007 20:53

Aloveheart - I read "Declutter your house" by that one who does LIfe Laundry - we live in a flat and it seriously changed my life.

Ironically I bought it for my mum, who lives in a bigger house full of stuff. I read it before giving it to her for xmas.

It changed my life but not hers. I doubt she even read it!

Blossomhill · 19/02/2007 20:54

I have been cleaning for about 4 hours today and my house is positively sparkling

LoveMyGirls · 19/02/2007 21:03

Ok time for the last bit of effort and then im going to get in bed with a large glass of wine and watch tv with my dp - if he ever comes home!

I have been abit side tracked because my cat had kittens today. it's brilliant. i've been writing list and ticking them off one by one. lol how sad am i?? lol
