Hi wondering if anyone can give us any insight,
Recently bought some Tincel/Lyocel sheets which were considered an investment piece. They were soft, smooth, cool to touch, definitely worth the money.
However, we put them into our laundry service while out the country expecting them to taken care of but they've come back bobbly and nowhere near as smooth or nice to touch :( I would attach a photo if I could.
Has anyone had this problem before with these type of sheets? Or does it sound like the laundry service just completely ruined our sheets?!
