Laminated work top marks

Would be grateful for any hints - have a black/specked glossy laminated work top to go with cream cupboards. Have had it for awhile and never been able to get it looking okay as it always looks smeary, as if it needs wiping again. Wondering if anyone has found a way of overcoming this.

Laminate floors can be a pain to get clean, have you tried a magic eraser on it?

Have you tried a microfibres cloth or e-cloth?

I find gloss worktop need to be dried after wiping to avoid streaks.
