cleaning cooking oil off kitchen cabinets?

My Kitchen cabinets are stained pretty badly with cooking oil etc etc and i was wondering whats the best way to clean them?

Cif and green scouring pad or cloth depending if likely to scratch. What finish are they- gloss, wood etc

Nothing beats good ole elbow grease and i don't mean in the literal sense either. You can find it here

There's a power degreaser spray thing in lidl. That and very hot water. Be careful about scourers or you'll damage the surfaces.
