Desperately need to clean and tidy my home. There's stuff everywhere and it's getting close to Friday when guests arrive. Yikes! I'm not working today and meant to begin this morning, but keep finding distractions (... er... yes, like MN...)

15 minute bursts.

Timer on, 15 minutes of anything you can see, pause, cup of tea, repeat.

How bad is it really? Too bad that you'd be embarrassed for your visitors to see?

I've managed to scrub half of the hallway floor, now I'm sat watching Gilmore girls with a cuppa & really can't be bothered to do anything!

I've put the ironing board up and glanced at the ironing. It's a start isn't it?

Oh god. Place marking. My house is a tip. And it needs cleaning. I just lack any energy to do it but I hate it. It seems like an impossible task
