Smelly sofas

Hi everyone,

We've picked up a couple sofas second hand, only problem is that they stink of smoke. Previous owners smoked in the house for the two years of owning these sofas and I'm struggling to get the smell out... cushions covers have been washed twice and we've used 1001 spray and frebreeze. Does anyone else have any suggestions/tips?!

You could try sprinkling on some baking soda to absorb the smell then hoovering it off :) worked with a duvet I'd have in storage that got a bit stale.

People on here seem to love Zoflora... not tried it myself!

Baking soda is great for absorbing smells, remember reading someone on here got very strong cooking smells out of cabinet by leaving a bowl in each one.
