..from travertine tiles and rust on my sink plugholes. My DH poured thick bleach down my shower and bathroom sink and now the plughole have rust spots on them. Any advice on how to get rid of them?

Also on my tiles Ive tried rubbing with a lemon but that hasn't helped, nor scrubbing with a normal bathroom cleaner.

The bleach has affected the coating on the metal of the plugholes, I.e. removed it, so it's just going to keep coming back unless you replace them. Try salt with the lemon juice on the tiles.

To treat the rust spots i would recommend using this rust treatment liquid. Just apply to the plug hole and what ever other areas you have rust and it penetrate the rust without dripping everywhere.
