Removing curry stains from furniture

Today I had a very slight accident with a bowl of curry sauce.

I managed to spill some of it on the sofa.

Does anyone know a good way of removing the yellow stain that it has left behind? I have tried Surf small and mightly along with a nailbrush and it won't budge..

Suggestions appreciated.

this stain cleaner would be the ideal thing to use, sprinkle some on the stain and wait for a couple of minutes and then clean off.

I'm so sorry, I don't have any advice but I am crying laughing because there's a trending thread at the moment about a lady who has ended her relationship over an argument which involved curry and I initially thought that this was going to be her...

Bicarbonate of soda works well too - at least, it did on my carpet
