Spilt milk on Sofa

Please someone tell me how to clean it to ensure no rancid milk smells by this eve.
Am having a bad day and didn't need ds to tip his milk all over the sofa, cushions and floor. Grrrr.

apparently lemonade according to my grannie, have never tried it but she swears by it
