Steam/mop/vacuums??

Can anyone recommend a good, not too expensive, all in one vacuum and mop cleaner that would be good for floors with mud and dog hairs as well as general muckiness?

My hubby brought me a Bissel Vac and steam mop a couple of months back and i love it. It's a good vacuum cleaner and the steam mop is decent on it as well. Well worth the money.

Oooh I didn't know such a thing existed. I have high gloss floors and a dirty dog - would something like this work in such circumstances? I seem to spend my life hoovering, mopping and buffing....and I hate it!

Do they literally work on one go without having to sweep first?
