Cleaning Induction Hob

My new induction hob has got a ring mark on it and am really pi**ed off. My hob is only a month old. Any tips

I had that ages ago when I hadn't had the induction hob long. I think I used Hob Brite and the ring disappeared.
A quick wipe with a damp cloth is normally enough but I occasionally use Hob Brite to make it shine.
