Aaaanyone know how to get metanium stains out?

DS did usual trick of crawling off mid nappy change and promptly sat on bedding with metanium all over his bum.

Can't get it out, any tips?!

I would try this jelly type cleaner called Swarfega

cold wash with bio powder followed by mormal wash aftee
