Coat still smells of cigarettes

I bought a lovely mac on eBay, but it arrived smelling of cigarette smoke.
I had it dry cleaned and presumed that it would come back smelling neutral I guess.
It still stinks! I literally couldn't wear it as it is.
Any suggestions please?

Have you got time to send it back as not as described? Don't mention do had it dry cleaned, that counts as accepting the goods.

Thanks for your reply, but I emailed the dry cleaner and they've asked me to take it back to the store as it shouldn't still smell apparently.
