Need some help with party organization

Not actually a party, but one of those "sophisticated gatherings" just like in the movies (MIL is going to be there, so it has to be impressive) Anyway, straight to my request. I rented a place for the gathering itself but don't want to spend the whole time worrying about how I am going to manage everything, so I'll need some help. I'm going to need 2 people for 01/10 (evening) for serving and bartending, and 2 others to help me move furniture, food, decorate and organise the place before the actual gathering. I need some advice/recommendations. What kind of service should I look for? Thank you The place is in Bromley.
PS: A good cleaning hand would be much appreciated for the next morning, so you might want to tell me your experiences with particular cleaners.

Organising such an event (especially when MIL is going to come over) must be quite stressful. I also live in Bromley we should meet. The cleaning agency that I use do provide party organization assistance. I use their regular cleaning services, and Enny (my cleaning lady) is very good, I use her for 10 years and yet I have never been dissapointed. You should definitely give them a call and ask for availability.
