I have decided to post a message or I may explode. I have now been waiting 4 hours and 25 minutes for the plumber from "React Fast" to come for our agreed 10 o'clock appointment. How is it possible for this to happen everytime something breaks? We have had no heating/hot water for days.

My DD has picked up on my impatience and is whining incessantly - she wants to go play in the park, who can blame her!!!

I want to be one of those serene patient women, not tearing my hair out due to things out of control.

we called one once at 12 noon and he came at 11,30 pm

what made me laugh (in an angry fashion) is that they call themselves Reactfast but then in their Terms and Conditions, they state that "time is not of the essence"!!!!!!!!

there are a few mnetters in your area - you could maybe put out a call for recommendations.
